Unlock Net Zero is an organisation designed to educate, inform and connect people and businesses who are deploying a net zero approach to their operations, products, and services.
Their third annual awards were hosted on Tuesday, 24th June in Manchester as part of the Housing 2025 Conference, and The City of Edinburgh Council and CCG (Scotland) – CCG Homes’ parent company – were announced as the winners of the Best Collaboration (Partnership) award.
Western Villages forms part of the £1.3bn Granton Waterfront Regeneration and comprises 444 mixed-tenure homes designed to achieve operational net zero carbon.
CCG Homes’ role in the development is the delivery of ‘West Shore’, with 56 homes available for sale.
Our range of one and two-bedroom apartments – priced from £205,000 – are contained within a stunning concave feature block that offers views towards the neighbouring Forthquarter Park and the Firth of Forth.
The first homeowners moved in earlier this summer, with more set to join the development over the coming weeks as it moves to completion later in the year.
More information about Edinburgh’s first-ever ‘net zero ready’ homes for sale can be found on the WEST SHORE WEBPAGE.
