Set to take place on 18 June, the awards are recognised as one of the most prestigious in the housing sector, and this year, CCG Homes has been recognised in the Starter Home of the Year and Large Private Housing Development of the Year categories.
West Shore is Edinburgh’s first-ever ‘net zero ready’ private housing development. Located just north of the city centre, it forms part of a wider masterplan for mixed-tenure homes that is the flagship of the £1.3bn Granton Waterfront Regeneration.
