Comprising 156 homes, North Wynd – now ‘Casa, Vista Park’ – was originally purchased for the purposes of private residential development for CCG Homes, however, it will now be taken forward entirely as a rental offering by Casa, a subsidiary of Moda Living; one of the UK’s leading rental living companies.
The CCG Group’s construction division, CCG (Scotland), has been on-site since early-2022 and will now be responsible for the delivery of the development which will be set for full completion in 2025.
A mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes will be provided deposit-free and will also be pet-friendly. Residents will benefit from several Casa brand partnerships, including Utopi’s market-leading tech platform. In a first for the industry, smart technology is installed in every home to monitor air quality, energy usage and carbon emissions – while also being able to pre-empt maintenance issues and provide live data reporting via their MyCasa resident app, a digital communication tool that enables residents to pay rent, take advantage of local, regional and national brand partnerships, and also provides the option to conveniently book at-home services, such as dog walking, window cleaning and gardening services.
