Construction is being led by CCG Homes’ parent company CCG (Scotland) and works will comprise the delivery of 18, two-bedroom apartments alongside a 60-bedroom care home.
The new homes represent the first time CCG Homes has operated in the West Lothian property market and are set to be provided with luxury specification as standard as well as being built to an advanced standard of energy performance, including the adoption of renewable heating technologies in the form of exhaust air-source heat pumps.
The care home is being developed as part of an innovative joint venture between CCG (Scotland) and Morrison Community Care Group, and will offer elderly people best-in-class residential, nursing, and dementia care services.
Construction commenced earlier this month with full completion expected in late-2026.
Prospective buyers will be able to register interest in the new homes very soon.
