CCG Homes has been based in Inverclyde for the last year since formally commencing construction at ‘The Scholars’ in the west end of Greenock.
The development comprises a range of three and four-bedroom homes for sale on the grounds of the former GReenock Academy which was demolished in 2014.
Port Glasgow Boy’s Club 2008’s Team now bear the ‘CCG Homes’ emblem on their home strips for the forthcoming season.
To commemorate the support, members of the team and coach, Mark Coyle, were pictured alongside CCG Homes’ Marketing Manager, Chris Murray, at Parklea Stadium.
Chris said: “When we heard the team was struggling for sponsorship, we were only too happy to oblige. It was great to meet Mark and the boys and to see the CCG Homes emblem take pride of place on these vibrant, new home kits and I look forward to keeping up with their progress during the season. We wish them the very best of luck!”
Mark, said: “This sponsorship is absolutely vital to the team. We didn’t have enough shirts for the boys on match days last season so we can’t thank CCG Homes enough for their support and will aim to repay them and our other sponsors with a successful season.”
The developer has also launched an exclusive offering for prospective buyers who can now receive £10,000 towards their purchase.
Available on selected plots, the offering can be used to pay for LBTT – for some properties, this cost is 100% covered – or for flooring.
Customers can also buy a new home and sell at the same time thanks to an Assured Sale partnership with the Greenock branch of Slater Hogg & Howison.
Properties are available from £329,995. Find out more by checking out our latest Prices & Availability.
