Clyde Gateway is an urban regeneration company supported by the Scottish Government, which exists to “drive inward investment and improvement for the people and communities across the East End of Glasgow and South Lanarkshire”.
This new project represents a significant regeneration milestone for the city. The project will be delivered entirely by the CCG Group, featuring 119 affordable homes developed in partnership with Thenue Housing, as well as 54 terraced houses for sale.
French Street will not only help to tackle Glasgow’s housing emergency head-on, but also create a thriving new community, support local jobs, and help shape a vibrant future for the East End.
