These are the words of Marilyn and Theresa, one of four purchasers whom of the Calderwood Lodge ‘Heritage’ Collection, home.
Calderwood Lodge comprised the creation of 20, luxury homes on the site of the former Calderwood Lodge Primary School in Newlands. This included apartments designed within a historically conserved Victorian, sandstone villa. Known as the ‘Heritage’ Collection, the properties have breathed new life into a building that has existed for over 120 years.
The style of the property particularly suited Marilyn and Theresa whom previously owned a period property:
